How quickly will my order arrive?−
Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are dispatched that afternoon on a tracked next working day service. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day.
What does “research use only” mean?+
Everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research. These materials are not medicines, food supplements or cosmetics, and they are not intended for administration to people or animals. We do not provide dosing or usage guidance of any kind.
How should I store items when they arrive?+
Freeze-dried materials should go into cold storage at −20 °C, kept dry and out of direct light. Storage conditions are listed on every product page.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major debit and credit cards through an encrypted checkout, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
Can I return something?+
Due to the nature of the products we supply, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Do you ship outside the UK?+
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If that changes, we will say so here first.
