All materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not medicinal products, food supplements or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary administration, diagnostic use, or any form of personal use. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to use any material in or on people or animals.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acquiring the materials for legitimate laboratory research, and that you accept these terms and the applicable regulations that govern your use of them.
3. Orders & acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where an item is unavailable or where we believe an order does not meet these terms.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and details are accurate, but errors may occur; where we identify an error we will contact you before proceeding.
5. Delivery & returns
Delivery and returns are covered on our Delivery & returns page, which forms part of these terms. In summary, we ship within the UK only and, due to the nature of the products, cannot accept returns except for items that arrive damaged.
6. Storage, handling & responsibility
Once materials are delivered, the purchaser is responsible for storing and handling them safely and lawfully, and in accordance with all regulations that apply to them. We accept no responsibility for any use of the materials beyond their supply.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the supply of any material is limited to the price paid for that material. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
