Delivery & returns
How and when your order ships, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong. We ship within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch & cut-off
Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are dispatched the same afternoon. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at the weekend, are dispatched on the next working day.
Everything is picked from cold storage and packed at the point of dispatch — nothing is left waiting at room temperature.
Delivery service & cost
All orders are sent on a tracked, next working day courier service with signature required on delivery. A tracking link is emailed to you when your order leaves us.
- Free UK delivery on orders over £75.
- A flat rate of £3.50 applies to orders below £75.
- We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Packaging
Orders are sent in an insulated box with a plain outer. There is nothing on the outside of the box beyond the delivery address — no branding and no product names.
If your parcel is delayed or damaged
If tracking shows a delay, it will usually update with a revised delivery estimate. If an item arrives damaged, email us at Hello@purgepeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement on the next dispatch.
Returns
Because of the nature of the products we supply, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. The exception is items that arrive damaged, which we replace as set out above.
