How quickly will my order arrive?+
Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are dispatched that afternoon on a tracked next working day service. Orders placed later, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day.
How much is delivery?+
Free on UK orders over £75, and a flat £3.50 below that. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Can I return something?+
Due to the nature of the products we supply, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Where do you ship?+
We ship within the United Kingdom only, from the UK, on a tracked next-working-day service.
Do you publish purity figures?+
We check every batch against independent third-party analysis before release, but we don’t publish unverifiable purity figures. Each batch carries a reference recorded with your order.
How should I store the materials?+
Materials arrive as a powder. As a general guide they’re best kept cold (around −20 °C), dry and out of the light. See our storage guidance page for more.
What does “research use only” mean?+
Everything we supply is for laboratory research use only. It is not a medicinal product, food supplement or cosmetic, and is not intended for human or veterinary use of any kind.

We accept major cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
