Getting a research material to you in the same condition it left us is mostly a packaging problem. A vial can sit perfectly in cold storage for months, then take a knock in a courier van — so we pack for the journey, not the shelf.
Every order leaves in an insulated box with a plain outer. There is nothing on the outside of the box beyond the delivery address — no branding, no product names, nothing that identifies what is inside. The materials sit protected within, and the box is handed to a tracked UK courier the same working day when the order is placed before the 15:00 cut-off.
If a parcel does arrive damaged, we want to know quickly. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement. Because every batch is held against its reference, we can trace exactly what shipped and get a like-for-like item back out on the next dispatch.
