Everything we list is supplied for laboratory research use only, and not for human or veterinary use. That line appears across the site for a reason, and it shapes how we describe everything we sell.
In practice it means we stick to plain descriptions: what a material is, how it is presented, and how it is stored. We do not give dosing or administration guidance, we do not make claims about how anything performs, and we will not dress research materials up as anything they are not.
It also shapes what we will and will not list. If we cannot document a material with a batch reference and independent checks, it does not go in the catalogue. Orders are accepted on the basis that the buyer understands and accepts these terms.
None of this is meant to be off-putting — it is just honest. Research supply works best when everyone is clear about what is being bought and on what terms.
